Rich in fiber

A diet high in fiber increases the feeling of satiely and leads to the consumption of smaller portions. Whole grains, especially muesli, oats also fruits and vegetables are rich in fiber.
Benefit of oats
Oats contain a particularly high proportion of fibers with a balanced
ratio of soluble and insoluble fiber. Insoluble fiber improves
digestion and fight effectively against disorders of gastrointestinal
tract, including severe constipation and colon cancer, whereas
soluble fiber (beta-glucans) reduce the level of cholesterol
in the blood and protects the heart.
Eating oatmeal helps to reduce the level of sugar in blood and prevents or limits diabetes. It helps to fight against obesity because it reduces hunger, by inducing a lasting feeling of satiety and regulating digestion. Compared to other grains, oats have a higher content of amino acids, vitamins (B and E), minerals and dietary minerals - mainly iron, magnesium, calcium and zinc.
