Cookies muesli chocolate


For 4 PERS / 10 Min Cooking / 20 Min preparation
  • 125g butter
  • 150g whole sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 250g flour T65
  • 1 sachet vanilla sugar
  • 1 tea spoon of baking powder
  • 100g of MAC’CORN CRUNCHY CHOCOLATE MUESLI
  • 50g chopped walnuts

  • Beat butter and sugar.
  • Add the eggs and stir in the flour, baking powder, vanilla sugar.
  • Mix and add MAC’CORN CRUNCHY CHOCOLATE MUESLI and nuts.
  • On a sheet of silicone, place small piles spaced enough and bake 10 minutes at 180°.


Cupcakes with apple and almond


For 6 PERS / 10 Min Cooking / 20 Min preparation

For 14 muffins, you will need:
  • 100 gr of MAC’CORN CRUNCHY APPLE MUESLI
  • 120 grams of flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 100 grams of brown sugar
  • 80g ground almonds
  • 80g butter
  • 3 cups milk
  • 2 cl apple juice
  • 1 egg

  • Preheat oven to 180 ° C and place your boxes in your mold cupcakes.
  • Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, almond powder.
  • In another bowl, work the butter with milk, apple juice and egg. Melted the butter 30 seconds in the microwave to make it easier. Add apple juice.
  • Quickly mix the two mixtures and pour into your boxes.
  • Put MAC’CORN CRUNCHY APPLE MUESLI and bake 20 minutes


Sand roses


For 6 PERS / 15 Min preparation / 5 min cooking
  • 200 g of dark chocolate
  • 150 g of MAC’CORN CORN FLAKES
  • Sugar

  • Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie.
  • Mix melted chocolate with MAC’CORN CORN FLAKES.
  • Form sand roses on a sheet of parchment paper.
  • Sprinkle with granulated sugar until the chocolate solidifies.
  • Refrigerate
